We specialise in precision CNC machining, moulding and 3D printing, delivering metal and plastic components that are ready for assembly. Our manufacturing department works hand in hand with Quality Engineers and Inspectors to ensure the parts are right first time... every time.

From the first CAD file to the final shipment, we support you with design-for-manufacture (DFM), tooling, machining, finishing and packaging.     We offer affordable, high-quality moulded parts and bridge tooling with fast turnaround. With our free mouldability consultation, the design and moulding process is rapidly accelerated to save you time and money. We have access to 100+ plastic, elastomeric, and silicone rubber materials.
  • Casting
    High-volume cast products are a key speciality. Our in-house engineers can offer support by talking customers through draft angles, DFM and mould toolings to ensure a smooth manufacturing process.
  • Additive Manufacturing
    We offer seven different additive manufacturing technologies for cost-effective prototyping and highly precise, repeatable production parts. Whether you are looking to print simple or complex plastic or metal parts, we can support you.
  • Tolerances
    We offer general tolerances down to ±0.020 mm, with tighter tolerances available upon request.
  • Surface Finishing
    From grinding to anodising to painting, our network of surface finishers can achieve your desired texture and colour with consistency.

    We will work quickly to prepare a quote, with a DFM analysis if required.

  • Start of Manufacturing

    Once you review your quote and place your order, we'll start the manufacturing process.

  • Packaging & Shipping

    Once the parts are complete, we can securely pack and ship. We offer EXW, DAP & DDP shipping options.
